Really Quick Ice Cream GF DF LowFODMAP

Frozen Fruit
Soya Custard




Blitz your chosen fruit in a blender. Raspberries and other berries work best (whatever you can tolerate).
Add a couple of spoonfuls of soya custard to taste, and blend again. Add more until the right consistency is reached.
Serve it straight away.
